mobile to buy?

Should iPhone 11 users make the switch?

The iPhone 14 is likely to feature the A15 Bionic chipset instead of the A16, however for the A13 Bionic chipset that powers the iPhone 11, this is still a big jump. The iPhone 14 is also likely to carry a larger battery than the iPhone 11 as well as camera improvements. On top of that, you will also get the 5G support.

Should iPhone 12 users upgrade to iPhone 14?

For iPhone 12 users, the jump might not be as drastic, yet they might see some benefits. Some obvious ones are the same as the iPhone 13 like a larger base storage, improved processor, larger battery and camera improvements, which are expected. For most part, the display and the design are overall same. So, it is a question of specific requirements from the iPhone that will determine whether or not you need to make the upgrade.

Should an iPhone 13 user make the jump?

The iPhone 13 users probably can rest easy knowing that the iPhone 14 does not provide any major upgrades on the existing smartphone, as per the leaks. There might be some improvements to the battery, camera and the A15 Bionic might get tweaked a bit, but any significant changes are unlikely. The iPhone 14 is not likely to get the new dual notch or the 48MP rear camera either. The only area where the upcoming smartphone might have an edge is the refresh rate. Leaks suggest that the iPhone 14 might come with a 90Hz refresh rate instead of 60Hz on the iPhone 13.
