Earlier this month, Garena Free Fire allowed users to try out the OB30 update in the form of the Advance Server, which allows users to test upcoming releases before other players in the game. After a week of testing, the access to the Advance Server was shut on September 16, according to a report. This means that Garena is working on bringing the new Free Fire OB30 update to more users in the future.

Free Fire OB30 update: Changes and updates
The upcoming Free Fire update is expected to come with new guns – Treatment Shotgun and Treatment Sniper, a new pet called Agent Hop with a new bouncing bonus. The update is also expected to bring a new Buzzer Beat ability which can recover HP in the game while a player is in combat with other players. Reports also point towards a new character that will have an ability called Memory Mist – which will reportedly allow users to spot an enemy between 25 to 50 metres away.
Free Fire OB30 update release date
Garena has not yet announced the official Free Fire update release date, which means that it could land at any time this month. However, BGR India points out that the publisher pushes out a big update to the game a day before the ranked season for Clash Squad ends. This means that users might be able to download the Garena Free Fire update on September 28, a day before the ongoing season 8 of the Clash Squad season comes to an end.
