Earlier this year, the Grand Theft Auto franchise’s developers Rockstar Games officially confirmed GTA 6 launch. Though, nothing else has been revealed. In fact, Rockstar Games have been mute since the announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6. From its release date to maps and features, everything is a mystery. All that has been confirmed is that GTA 6 launch will happen! However, that was enough to make speculators post leaks and spark rumours to provide some information to the die hard fans that they were not getting from anywhere. A lot of these have to do with what to expect from the game as well as the launch date.
Previous leaks dropped a hint that GTA 6 may return to its earlier Vice City with an evolving map just like Fortnite. Well, now a new report by Xfire.com shared some details about the storyline, when, as well as where, GTA 6 could be set. Here’s what you need to know about GTA 6.
The GTA 6 expected storyline has been revealed by a tipster Matheusvictorbr. The report mentions that the storyline may follow a set of twins, who are predicted to have been separated after their parents were murdered by a cartel in 2003. Later, the action really heats up when the siblings cross paths on opposing sides in 2023 or 2024- the campaign may be staged in either year. This story's opening may take place in Brazil. The report further narrates that one of the twins joins the DOA, which might be a parody of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The second sibling is recruited by the cartel who murdered their parents.
Well, if any of these characters will be playable in GTA 6 or not hasn’t been revealed officially. Additionally, according to the rumours, Vice City and Carcer City may appear in GTA 6. Previously, Carcer City was a component of Manhunt, another Rockstar game.
The report mentioned the GTA 6 expected release date is likely in 2024, according to a tipster Matheusvictorbr. However, Rockstar Games is yet to make any official announcement on the development of GTA 6 as well as the release date.
