Realme launches the Cobble Bluetooth speaker that comes with a game mode

Realme has launched their Cobble Bluetooth speaker in Malaysia. The speaker comes with a game mode and glow-in-the-dark lanyard. The Cobble Bluetooth speaker has a 1,500mAh battery which comes with a nine-hours pf playtime promise. It works through the Realme Link app and you can use that to personalise settings as per your choice. As per the company website, the Realme Cobble Bluetooth speaker is priced at MYR 99 which is approximately ₹1,800. It has been launched in two colours - Metal Black and Electric Blue. The company has not announced if and when they are going to launch the speaker in other countries.

The Realme Cobble Bluetooth speaker looks like a handly little pebble attached to a luminous lanyard. This glow-in-the-dark feature should make it easier for you to find the device in dark spaces in case you have misplaced it. The speaker is equipped with a Dynamic Driver along with a passive bass radiator for deeper bass. The Cobble Bluetooth speaker comes with a 5W sound output and Realme says the speaker has a stereo pairing feature along with three equaliser presets - Bass, Bright and Dynamic. There is also a game mode on the speaker that promises to offer latency as low as 88ms.

The speaker comes with an IPX5 rating that should make it resistant to splashes and sprinkles, so one has to be careful. This speaker will not survive a full dunk in the water. Connectivity options on the Realme Cobble Bluetooth speaker include Bluetooth v5.0. For power, there is a 1,500mAh battery that promises nine hours of playtime on a single charge and the company says that the speaker can be fully charged in just 2.5 hours.

The Realme Link app, that’s only available on Android right now, is what you need to personalise your settings and control music. So if you are on iOS and interested in this, for any reason, you should wait.
