Google Pixel 5 full specifications revealed in the latest leak

Google will unveil Pixel 5 along with Pixel 4A 5G on September 30. Ahead of the official launch, details of Pixel 5 have already leaked online. And now, full specifications of Pixel 5 have been revealed, leaving very little to the imagination.

According to WinFuture, Google Pixel 5 will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor coupled with the X52 model for 5G connectivity. While the chipset is good enough to power premium phones, it will be a downgrade for the Google flagships which have used Qualcomm’s top-end 800 series chips. For instance, Google Pixel 4 ran on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip.

Google Pixel 5 is said to come with a 6.0-inch full HD+ display with an OLED panel with 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The screen will also come with a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen design will be quite similar to the recently launched Google 4A that has slimmer bezels and a punch-hole camera.

Google’s next flagship will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage. It will run on a 4,080mAh battery coupled with 18W USB Type-C fast charging. For water and dust resistance, it will have IP68 certification. Pixel 5's "housing" is rumoured to be made of 100% recycled aluminium.

The biggest highlight of Pixel 5 is going to be the camera. This time around, Google’s flagship will continue with two sensors featuring a 16-megapixel camera and a 12-megapixel camera. The primary sensor will be a wide-angle sensor (107-degree field of view) while the secondary sensor will be a telephoto lens. It will have an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

That said, Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4A 5G will release on September 30. You can also expect Google to announce other new hardware such as Nest speaker and new Chromecast.
