The Redmi Note 10 series is barely a few months old but Xiaomi has already confirmed the Redmi Note 11 series. Xiaomi has already teased the design of the Redmi Note 11 series on Weibo, and several leaks have detailed the prices as well as the model names. There will be a vanilla Redmi Note 11 followed by a higher-end Redmi Note 11 Pro and an even higher-end Redmi Note 11 Pro+. The phones will launch in China first.

Xiaomi says that the Redmi Note 11 will be unveiled in China on October 28 at 4:30 PM IST. The teaser shows a familiar design with a punch-hole cutout display, flat edges, a dedicated stereo speaker setup tuned by JBL, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Not sure which
mobile to buy?

Previous rumours have suggested that the MediaTek Dimensity chipset lineup is replacing the Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. The Redmi Note 11 Pro is expected to rely on the Dimensity 920 chipset whereas the Redmi Note 11 could use the Dimensity 810 chipset.

What remains to be seen is whether Xiaomi plans on bringing the Redmi Note 11 series to India. Currently, the Redmi Note 10 series has five models in India, with one of them being a 5G model. The Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10S are the more affordable models whereas the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max are the high-end models with advanced features. All models bring AMOLED display tech to the scene but the Pro models offer a 120Hz refresh rate, and the Pro Max even gets a 108MP main rear camera.

Then there’s the Redmi Note 10T 5G that caters to the affordable 5G segment relying on a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset.
