Facing storage issues? Not any more! Google is upgrading Cloud Storage from 15GB to 1TB for free. Here is what the company has to say via its blog post.

If you have a lot of data to add to Google Drive, Google Photos, or more and you are facing storage issues, here is some good news for you. Google is all set to solve the storage issues for Google Workspace Individual accounts. In an attempt to support users to expand their businesses, communicate, and collaborate more effectively, Google is now increasing the current 15GB free storage to 1TB. Informing about the same Google said in a blog post, “Soon every Google Workspace Individual account will come with 1 TB of secure cloud storage. You don’t have to lift a finger to get the upgraded storage: Every account will be automatically upgraded from their existing 15 GB of storage to 1 TB as we roll this out.” this does not apply to free individual accounts. Google Drive comes as a savior in such a situation as it allows users to store over 100 file types, including PDFs, CAD files, and images.
