Airtel leads in video, gaming experiences in India: Report

As per the latest Open Signal report for the time duration between May 1 and September 7, Airtel bagged the top spot in India for offering the best gaming experience, best gaming experience, best voice app experience and best download speed experience.

Airtel scored 55.6 points out of a possible 100. It was followed by Vi that stood second in this spot with 55.2 points.

Airtel bagged the top spot in terms of offering the best video experience and top gaming experience in India compared to other telecom operators including Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea, now Vi, and the state-operated Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

As per the latest Open Signal report for the time duration between May 1 and September 7, Airtel bagged the top spot in India for offering the best gaming experience, best gaming experience, best voice app experience and best download speed experience.

The company won the top video experience award for the fourth time in a row with a score of 57.6 that is 3.4 points ahead of Vi that bagged the second spot in this category. Coming to the gaming experience, Airtel scored 55.6 points out of a possible 100. It was followed by Vi that stood second in this spot with 55.2 points.

As far as the voice app experience is concerned, the telecom giant scored 75.5 out of 100. It was followed by Vi on the second spot with 74.4 points and Reliance Jio with73.4 points. Lastly, Bharti Airtel got 10.4 points out of 15. Airtel retained the top spot on download speed experience for the sixth report in a row with a score of 10.4 Mbps. However, its lead has shrunk with 0.3 Mbps separating it from second-placed that was held by Vi with 10.1 points, Open Signal reported.
