Xiaomi is set to launch yet another smartphone. Come July 19, Xiaomi will be taking the wraps off of Mi Max 3 — the latest entrant to the company's large-screen portfolio. Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi has posted a few teasers online to give us a fair idea about what to expect from the new Mi Max 3.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will come with a large 6.9-inch screen with full HD+ resolution. And just like all the Xiaomi phones launched this year, Mi Max 3 will have slimmer bezels with display aspect ratio at 18:9.
According to leaks online, Mi Max 3 will be skipping the notch-trend. Another upgrade over Mi Max 2 will be a larger 5,500mAh battery. Last year's Mi Max phone had 5,300mAh battery.
Other leaked specifications hint that Mi Max 3 will be a mid-range phone with Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor and 4GB RAM. In the photography department, Mi Max 3 will sport a dual-camera setup featuring 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors. The setup will be the same as Xiaomi's Redmi Note 5, according to a GSMArena report.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is currently available in India, starting at ₹13,999. The phone features a large 6.44-inch display, 5,300mAh battery, 12-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras, and fingerprint sensor on the back.
