Garena Free Fire OB39 update goes live! New characters, game modes, quests and more on offer
Developers of Garena Free Fire have rolled out the new OB39 update which brings several new features as well as gameplay improvements.

It is a very exciting battle royale game as it is and developers try to make it even more so through regular updates. The Free Fire community receives constant updates which bring a host of new features, game modes, maps, weapons, skins and more. The developers of Garena Free Fire bring out major updates from time to time which brings out new content, game modes, live events and more for players to stay engaged in the already hugely popular game.
Now, Garena Free Fire developers have rolled out the highly anticipated OB39 update which brings new features, characters, weapons and improves upon the various game progression systems as well as fix bugs. The update also brings the new CS-Ranked Season.
Garena Free Fire OB39 update
The OB39 update for Garena Free Fire was rolled out today at 9:30 AM IST, after which the maintenance break began. However, that is now over too, and players can download the latest update to take advantage of all the new features it brings.
The update also introduces a new Orion character called Alvaro. Garena Free Fire patch notes state, “As the only demolitionist, Alvaro will be awakened in this version with an enhanced grenade talent. Alvaro “Rageblast” can deal greater grenade damage to a wider range. Even if he cannot eliminate the opponent instantly, he can gravely impact the opposing team.”
Other notable features of the update include reworked character skills, new Triple Wolves mode, new battle-royale match quests, super revival, changes to the map, among other improvements.
It should be noted that Garena Free Fire is currently banned in India and therefore, it is not officially available on Google Play Store.
