Also, AGS Transact Technologies IPO GMP (grey market premium) is at Rs. 8, according to market observers quoted by LiveMint. AGS Transact Tech shares premium has slipped in the grey market today.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIB) portion has not received any bids as yet. AGS Transact Technologies IPO is the first public issue of the year 2022 and it is purely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of equity shares worth Rs. 680 crore by a promoter and other selling shareholders.

The basis of allotment of the issue is likely to happen on January 27, 2022. While the shares are likely to list on stock exchanges that is BSE and NSE on February 1, 2022. Once the allotment status is out, subscribers and bidders can check the allotment status by visiting the official website of BSE and the registrar of the IPO that is Link Intime India Private Limited.
