CMS Info Systems Limited opened its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on December 21 and it closed after three days on December 23, 2021. The issue was subscribed 1.95 times on the final day of the bidding process. Investors who have bid for the issue are now waiting for the finalisation of the allotment status. The finalisation of CMS Info Systems IPO share allotment status is likely to happen on December 28, 2021. While the shares are expected to list on stock exchanges BSE and NSE on December 31, 2021. As far as returns are concerned, then know that the CMS Info IPO GMP (grey market premium) is ₹5, as per market observers.

As per the information provided by NSE, the IPO received bids for 7,32,71,721 shares against 3,75,60,975 shares on offer. The shares reserved for retail investors were subscribed 2.15 times, non institutional investors 1.45 times while shares reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) were subscribed 1.98 times. Subscribers can know that the listing of CMS Info Systems IPO is likely on December 31, 2021.

Step 1: Visit the official website of BSE or click on the link- bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.

Step 2: Select the name of the company- CMS Info Systems IPO (It will be available once the allotment status is finalised).

Step 3: Provide your CMS Info Systems IPO application number.

Step 4: Enter your PAN card details.

Step 5: Click at 'I'm not a robot'.

Step 6: Click at 'Submit' button.
