Now scroll down to the Templates section and mark it Enable. Now you can create a new template and click on Compose. Google says, "Compose your reply once and save the email as a template. You can also include your signature. Later, you can open the template and send it again with just a few clicks."
Error in emails? Unsend it!
There can be a chance when you have accidentally sent an email with some typos, errors, or maybe to the wrong person! In such a situation, Undo option can work as a lifesaver. Gmail allows you to recall messages completely. All you need to do is to go to Settings and then, next to Undo Send, select a Send cancellation period of 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds according to your choice.
Find all your unread emails at a place
Inbox flooded with a number of emails and can't find what you have missed reading? Don't worry! You can find all the unread emails in one place. Just go to the search bar at the top of your Gmail account and type “unread”. Yes, that's it! You will get all the unread emails in one go.
Labels can help you organise your Gmail messages by sorting and categorizing them. Fortunately, you can colour-code some or all of your labels to make your emails more visually organised and appealing.
Select the perfect layout for you
Gmail has a bunch of layouts you can use to change the priority of the messages that you see. Suppose, you want to see only your most urgent messages first, and then a particular layout can help you out. So go to the Quick settings and choose your preferred density (number of emails at a time), inbox type, or reading pane view. Every change in the option will help you find a particular kind of email.
