Redmi G gaming laptop with 10th gen Intel Core i7, GTX 1650 Ti launched

Redmi G gaming laptop is official, and it comes in three variants with a 16.1-inch FHD display.

Xiaomi today launched a new gaming laptop under its Redmi brand. The new Redmi G gaming laptop has been made official in China, and it comes with up to Intel i7 10th gen chipset.

The Redmi G gaming laptop starts at 4,999 yuan ( ₹53,900 approx) for the base model with Intel Core i5-10200H CPU. There are two more models of the Redmi G laptop where the high-end variant comes with Intel Core i7-10750H and it carries a price tag of 6,599 yuan ( ₹71,100 approx). The mid-variant of the Redmi G laptop with Intel Core i5-10300H CPU is priced at 5,799 yuan ( ₹62,500 approx).

All three Redmi G variants come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. The base model comes with NVIDIA's GTX 1650 graphics card, while the other two have the 1650 Ti graphics card.

The gaming laptop comes in only one black colour. It will be available first in China with no word on the global availability yet. This is the first Redmi gaming laptop from Xiaomi.

In terms of specs, the Redmi G notebook has a 16.1-inch FHD display with 144Hz refresh rate. On the base model, you get a 60Hz refresh rate. The laptop comes with 1 USB 2.0 port, 2 USB 3.2 ports, 1 HDMI 2.0 port, 1 USB Type-C port, and 1 3.5mm headphone jack. On the software front, the Redmi G laptop runs Windows 10 and it comes bundled with Microsoft Office.
