Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event today: How to watch livestream, what to expect

Samsung's third Unpacked event of the year takes place today. Here's all you need to know.

Samsung will host its third ‘Unpacked' event of 2021 later today. Here, the company will launch the ‘most powerful Galaxy'. Samsung hasn't revealed anything about the upcoming launch but it's expected to feature new laptops. The Samsung Unpacked event is scheduled to take place tonight at 7:30 pm IST. It will be live streamed on the Samsung Newsroom website, and YouTube.

Samsung is expected to launch at least three laptops under its Galaxy Book series. The lineup includes Galaxy Book Pro 360, Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Go. According to leaked renders, the Galaxy Book Pro 360 will feature two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, and an HDMI connector. The Galaxy Book Pro will also come with all these ports except for the USB-A. 

Of the three, Galaxy Book Go will be the only one to feature an ARM-based Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360 are said to be powered by Intel's latest 11th Gen processors. Samsung has already teased Intel chipsets for tonight's launch. 

Galaxy Book Pro will be the mid-variant in this series. It is expected to feature a 13-inch full HD display, and it will come in two colour options of blue and silver. This model is also said to come with Intel Iris Xe graphics. Galaxy Book Pro 360 which will be the premium option will feature a bigger 15-inch full HD display with support for S Pen. It will be available in navy and gold colour options. This model is also expected to feature Nvidia MX450 graphics.
