The new Gionee smartphone is now available to purchase as it’s gone on sale via Flipkart. Gionee Max is priced at ₹5,999 and it comes in only one variant with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. There’s a 5% discount for Axis Bank credit card holders on the Gionee Max. Flipkart is also offering a 6-month trial of Google One with an exchange offer, no cost EMI or Complete Mobile Protection. Speaking of which, no cost EMI options start at ₹667 per month for the Gionee Max. Gionee Max comes in three colour options of red, blue and black. In terms of specs, the smartphone has a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a notch on top and 2.5D curved glass. It’s powered by an unspecified octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. The smartphone also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB. In the camera department, Gionee Max sports a dual-camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a bokeh lens. For selfies, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel front camera.
