Here is what Samsung Galaxy A72 4G may look like
Samsung Galaxy A72 4G renders and specifications have leaked online. Here is what we know about the smartphone so far.
Samsung Galaxy A72 has leaked once again. Even as there is no word on the official launch date yet, renders and full specifications of the 4G version of the upcoming Galaxy A-series phone have emerged online.
Courtesy German blog WinFuture (via GSMArena), Samsung Galaxy A72 renders reveal the 4G version looks exactly like its 5G counterpart. The front is dominated by a 6.7-inch display that has 90Hz refresh rate, full HD+ resolution, and Super AMOLED panel. There is also a punch-hole camera at the top centre. The phone is likely to come in at least four colour options.
On the back, renders reveal the phone has a rectangular camera module housing at least four sensors. There is no slot for a fingerprint reader. It means the sensor could be embedded on the side button or the screen. The overall design of the phone is identical to some of the recently launched Galaxy A and M phones.
According to the report, Samsung Galaxy A72 4G will house a 64-megapixel primary sensor, 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, 8-megapixel telephoto sensor, and 2-megapixel macro sensor. The phone could also support a 2x optical zoom. On the front, Samsung Galaxy A72 4G will come with a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
For performance, Samsung Galaxy A72 4G is rumoured to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 720G processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. There could also be a 6GB version of the phone. On the software front, it will offer Android 11 out-of-the-box. It is also said to come in 128GB and 256GB built-in storage configurations. There will be a microSD card slot for expandable storage as well. A 5,000mAh battery is likely to power the phone.
Other leaked features of the phone are IP67 certification, 25W charger, and USB Type-C port. The phone will reportedly be priced at Eur 449 ( ₹40,000 approximately). As said earlier, there is no word on when the phone will hit the shelves.
