The update brings in haptic feedback to the iOS keyboard, enhanced privacy options, and a new lockscreen customisation option. However, Apple left out some of the big features at launch, and with the next update, there will be some bug fixes and improvements arriving as well. Hence, most of you iPhone owners might be interested in getting the update on your devices. The question is – which iPhone models will get it? You don’t have to hunt for the answer anymore. ## iOS 16.1 update: Which iPhones are getting it? - iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max - iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max - iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max - iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max - iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max - iPhone X - iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus - iPhone SE 2nd Gen, iPhone SE 3rd Gen ## iOS 16.1 update: What big changes will you see - Users of the iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 13 Mini will get to see a battery meter. All iPhone users on iOS 16.1 will also see the battery meter going all dynamic with its animated icon. - The Live Activities API will put the tracking details from apps on the lockscreen, notification shade, and the Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 Pro series. Hence, you will be able to track your food deliveries, Amazon deliveries, and more as a notification widget, provided that the app developer supports it. - iCloud Shared Photo Library will also help sharing your photos across an iCloud library. This is what you need to do - You can now also choose permissions for pasting content into an app individually.
