After Apple launched the iPhone 14 series, leaks and rumours have been popping up claiming that the iPhone 15 series is going to bring several new and amazing changes and that it will be better than the iPhone 14 Pro Max in all respects. Notably, iPhone 14 series was not changed much and is essentially an upgrade of the earlier iPhone 13 series. In fact, 13 and 14 look exactly the same at first glance. Now, leaks have revealed how much Apple is going to charge you for the upcoming iPhone 15 Ultra, the top end model that is expected to replace the Pro Max variant next year. In a shocking leak, it is being suggested that the iPhone 15 Ultra is going to be $200 costlier when compared to the iPhone 14 Pro Max. This would be a historic hike for Apple as it has never raised prices by such a big amount.

LeaksApplePro tweeted the reason, "iPhone 15 Ultra will cost substantially more to manufacture than iPhone 14 Pro Max," the leakster tweeted.

Meanwhile, according to a report by Forbes, "LeaksApplePro states that the iPhone 15 Ultra will have a starting price as high as $1299 — a $200 increase on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the biggest single generational jump in iPhone history."

LeaksApplePro further informed that the situation for the other devices in the line-up is not known. As per the information, the iPhone 15 Ultra will come with a starting price of $1299 and can potentially rise as high as $1799 for the 1TB model. Also, according to LeaksApplePro, the iPhone 15 Ultra will get a minimum of 256GB, which is double the current 128GB entry point.

Notably, all Apple fans should be worried. If you were not thinking of buying the iPhone 15 Ultra and instead are eyeing the iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Pro or even Plus, then know that, most likely, prices will be hiked for all variants due to the costlier manufacturing processes and raw materials and most of all because Apple has been worrying about its falling margins on iPhones over the last couple of years.
