Moto G 5G with Snapdragon 765G SoC launched: Check price, specs

Moto G 5G is the company's latest mid-range 5G smartphone. It comes with triple rear cameras, and a punch-hole display.

Motorola has launched a new mid-range 5G smartphone. Moto G 5G has been made official in Europe alongside the Moto G9 Power. The new 5G smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 750G chipset.

Moto G 5G has been priced at EUR 299.99 which translates to roughly 26,200. The smartphone comes in two colour options of Volcanic Grey and Frosted Silver. Motorola plans to launch the Moto G 5G in more markets including India, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Moto G 5G looks quite like the Moto G9 Power with a punch-hole display. The rear cameras are also stacked in a tiny square module on the top-left corner of the phone. In terms of specs, Moto G 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with 394ppi pixel density. The smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB.

Moto G 5G has a triple camera setup at the rear with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, Moto G 5G sports a 16-megapixel punch-hole camera.

The smartphone is fuelled by a 5,000mAh battery with 20W TurboPower fast charging support. Its connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Moto G 5G also features a rear fingerprint sensor, and is IP52 rated for dust protection. On the software front, it runs near-stock Android 10 out-of-the-box. It also comes with My UX which offers customisable Moto features.
