New Realme 8 smartphone series detail revealed in FCC documents
As per the document, the 8 Pro 4G may support an improved fast charging tech with 65W.
Realme has already been teasing its upcoming Realme 8 smartphone series. It has not just confirmed the 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 primary camera for the device along with some other camera-centric features, but has also indicated an imminent India launch soon. India and Europe CEO, Madhav Sheth has also confirmed the non-Pro model to feature 5,000mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge tech. However, now a new FCC document has shown up, revealing some details about Realme RMX3081 or what appears to be the Realme 8 Pro 4G.
As per the document (via GSMArena), the 8 Pro 4G may support an improved fast charging tech with 65W. It may have a 4,500mAh battery as well. And as touted during the Realme 7 Pro launch, this might get charged from 0% to 40% or more under 30 minutes. Also mentioned is that the handset may run Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.

Since, this version is a 4G model, there might be a 5G variant as well. As per some speculations, the 4G model may be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G. But if that doesn't make you happy, there's nothing that can be done as this is Realme's part of dual flagship strategy wherein one flagship handset will focus on performance (Realme GT), the other one will focus on camera (Realme 8).
Meanwhile, Realme launched its flagship smartphone, Realme GT in India. It is equipped with the latest generation of processing platform - Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and has LPDDR5 RAM with UFS 3.1 storage support.The Realme GT 5G sports a 6.43-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED and a newly upgraded Hyper Boost 4.0 acceleration engine. It also features dual stereo speakers.Realme has not divulged the prices for the Realme GT 5G or its availability dates yet, but we expect it to be soon.
