Nokia 8000 4G design revealed in new leak

Nokia 8000 4G is expected to launch later this month along with Nokia 6300 4G.

Nokia 6300 4G and Nokia 8000 4G feature phones are expected to launch soon. A new leak now shows the design of what's supposed to be the Nokia 8000 4G. The design is however, different from those iconic Nokia 8000-series phones.

According to a report by Winfuture, Nokia 8000 4G is spotted with a T9 keyboard, and curved edges. The report points out that the Nokia 8000 4G has a “premium design” with a “similar to glass” finish and also “3D curved” keys. The feature phone is spotted in a black colour with a glossy finish. The report also details the key specs of the Nokia 8000 4G.

Nokia 8000 4G will run on KaiOS which is used on smart feature phones like the Jio Phone and Nokia 8110 as well. It will feature a 2.8-inch LCD display with QVGA (320x240 pixels) resolution. Nokia 8000 4G will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 210 quad-core processor with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It will also have a microSD card slot for expandable storage up to 128GB.

On the Nokia 8000 4G, there will be a 2-megapixel camera placed at the back. It will pack a 1,500mAh battery, and a microUSB port. The 4G feature phone will also support dual SIM connectivity, WLAN and Bluetooth.

These specs are in line with a previous leak on the upcoming Nokia phones. Nokia 6300 4G will come with a smaller 2.4-inch display, and a single core processor. This phone is said to come in three colour options of charcoal, cyan and white. Nokia 8000 4G will have four colour options of black, gold, blue and white.

Nokia 8000 4G and Nokia 6300 4G are expected to launch along with the Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 9.3 PureView later this month.
