Oppo has launched a new budget smartphone in India. Oppo A15s comes with a notched display, a 4,230mAh battery, and MediaTek's Helio P35 processor.
Oppo A15s is priced at ₹11,490, and it comes in three colour options of black, white and silver. The smartphone will go on sale from December 21 on Amazon India, and retail outlets across India. Oppo has announced offers such as 5% cashback for ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, Federal Bank and Zest Money. There's also a 10% discount for HDFC Bank customers purchasing the phone via Amazon. There are no cost EMI options available on the the new Oppo smartphone.
Oppo A15s features a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a notch on top. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek's Helio P35 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Oppo A15s sports a triple camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. Some of the camera features include night mode, time-lapse, slow-motion and AI-based beautification.
Oppo A15s also packs a 4,230mAh battery, and it houses a rear fingerprint sensor. On the software front, it runs Android 10 with ColorOS 7.2 layered on top with features such as system-wide dark mode, icon pull-down gesture and 3-finger scrolling screenshot.
The launch of Oppo A15s comes shortly after the Oppo A15 launched in India this October. Oppo A15 starts at ₹9,490 for the base model with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage in India.
