Oppo A53s has already made its debut in South Africa but with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1,600x720 pixels and a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This is another change as in India, Oppo will offer the phone in a higher RAM and storage capacity.

The triple rear cameras include a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
