Oppo Find X3 Pro Mars Exploration Edition launched in China
The Oppo Find X3 Pro Mars Exploration Edition comes with three Martian colour filters that make images taken on Earth look like they were taken on the surface of the red planet.
Oppo launched the Find X3 Pro smartphone back in March this year. Now, the company has unveiled a special edition of its flagship smartphone. Oppo today launched the Find X3 Pro Mars Exploration Edition in China to mark Tianwen-1’s successful landing on the Martian surface.
The newly launched variant comes in a new grey colour variant with ‘Mars 2021 Utopia Planitia’ inscribed at the back of the phone towards the bottom left corner. It comes with high-fog AG glass with a slightly exposed metallic lustre. Oppo says that it is inspired by outer space.
Additionally, the Oppo Find X3 Pro Mars Exploration Edition comes with three Martian colour filters that make images taken on Earth look like they were taken on the surface of the red planet. Apart from this, the phone comes with four new themes that show users how morning, noon, evening and night look on Mars.
As far as the specs are concerned, they remain unchanged. This means that you get a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, 50MP + 50MP + 13MP + 3MP quad-camera setup at the back, a 16MP selfie camera and a 4,500mAh battery with 65W super flash charge. This special edition smartphone is available in a single variant with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage space.
It is priced at CNY 6,999 ( ₹79,675 approx.) in China. It is already up for pre-orders in the country and it will go on sale starting May 16.
