Oppo Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro now have a launch date for India! The successor to the Oppo Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro will be going public this month with a couple of updates. Oppo says the Reno 8 series will be announced at a launch event on July 18 at 6pm, wherein the Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro will be revealed. The Reno 8 series was already launched in China a couple of weeks ago and India once again seems to be getting only two models. However, there's good news too.
The design revelation shows that Oppo is bringing the Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 Pro+ to India as the Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro respectively. That means we could be seeing the best of Oppo's cameras and hardware. This time, both models will get the iPhone 12-inspired flat edges instead of just a single model. Another leak also suggests the possible prices Oppo could ask for these phones.
