The Oppo Reno 8 series was announced earlier this week and if you are fascinated by it, there's good news. Oppo has just announced the sale date of the Reno 8 along with the Oppo Enco X2 earbuds. Oppo also announced the sale date for the Oppo Pad Air, the company's first tablet device for the Indian market. Prices have already been announced for all these products and for those interested in the Oppo Reno 8 Pro, they can wait for our full review of this camera focused smartphone.

The Oppo Reno 8 is the stripped down version of the Reno 8 Pro and will set you back by Rs. 29,990. The phone comes in two colours – Shimmer Black and Shimmer Gold. The phone will go on sale from July 25 and there are a couple of launch offers to avail as well. The Oppo Enco X2 earbuds will also go on sale from the same day and will be available at a price of Rs. 10,999. The Oppo Pad Air will go on sale from July 23 and starts at a price of Rs. 16,999 for the base 4GB/64GB variant.

Oppo Reno 8 to go on sale next week

The Oppo Reno 8 comes as a big update over the Oppo Reno 7 from a few months ago. Oppo gives it a more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset that allows for superior performance. The phone misses out on the MariSilicon X NPU chipset from the Oppo Reno 8 Pro but gets the same 80W SuperVOOC fast charging to fill up its 4500mAh battery. The phone even uses the same 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor for the main rear camera and a Sony IMX709 front camera sensor.

On the other hand, the Oppo Pad Air is the first tablet from the company for the Indian market. Having a Snapdragon 680 chipset, the Pad Air flaunts a 11-inch LCD display, a unique design, and dedicated cameras on the front and rear.

The Oppo Enco X2, on the other hand, has been tuned in collaboration with Dynaudio and features an amped up ANC system as well as dolby Audio Binaural Recording.
