Realme C12, C15 budget smartphones set to launch on Aug 18, key things to know
Realme has announced it will launch two new smartphones on August 18. The new phones will be part of Realme's popular C-series. The upcoming Realme C12 and Realme C15 will feature 6,000mAh battery. Realme says the battery helps deliver 60 hours of continuous YouTube streaming. The company has also confirmed Realme C12 and Realme C15 will feature an “instant fingerprint sensor” for the first time in the C series.
It is worth noting that Realme C15 has already launched in Indonesia. As far as Realme C12 goes, nomenclature confirms the phone will be placed between the recently launched Realme C11 and Realme C15.
Here are the key things to know about Realme's next big smartphone launches in India.
Apart from a 6,000mAh battery, you can expect Realme to come with a 6.52-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone is confirmed to run on MediaTek Helio P35 processor. Realme C12 will be available with 3GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage.
Realme C12 is said to come with as many as three rear cameras including a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and another 2-megapixel sensor. For selfies, it will have a 5-megapixel camera.

Realme C15's 6,000mAh battery comes with an 18W charging support. The smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution. The phone features many as four rear cameras including a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2-megapixel sensor, 2-megapixel sensor.
For performance, Realme C15 also features MediaTek's Helio G35 processor with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. On the software front, it runs on Android 10-based Realme UI.
