Realme C12 key details revealed ahead of the official launch

Realme C12 is set to launch with a large 6,000mAh battery. Here is what you need to know about the upcoming smartphone.

Realme may soon launch a new smartphone under its C-series. Dubbed as Realme C12, the new phone will be placed between recently launched Realme C11 and Realme 15. Ahead of an official release, Realme C12 details have been revealed via Geekbench listing.

According to the listing, Realme C12 will come with a MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and Android 10 OS out-of-the-box. On the benchmarking website, Realme C12 scored 165 points on the single-core test and 972 multi-core test, indicating it is going to be another budget smartphone.

The listing comes shortly after the phone was spotted on certification websites in several markets such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China.

According to older leaks, Realme C12 will come with a large 6,000mAh battery. The phone is likely to sport a design similar to Realme C11 and Realme 15. It is going to have an HD+ screen with a waterdrop notch.

Realme recently launched the C15 in Indonesia. Priced at ₹10,000 approximately, it has a 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Realme C15 sports a 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution. The phone has a quad-camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2-megapixel sensor, 2-megapixel sensor. For performance, Realme C15 relies on MediaTek's Helio G35 processor with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. On the software front, it runs on Android 10-based Realme UI.

Realme hasn't officially confirmed or teased the launch of Realme C12 yet. Considering the recent spate of leaks and certifications, it's expected to go official very soon.
