Realme C12 with 6,000mAh battery launched, check specs, price

After launching Realme C15, the company has launched the Realme C12 budget smartphone in Indonesia. Realme C12 packs a massive 6,000mAh battery and three rear cameras.

Realme C12 is priced at IDR 1,899,000 ( 9,600 approx) in Indonesia. The smartphone comes in only one storage variant. There are two colour options for the Realme which are ‘Marine Blue’ and ‘Coral Red’. Realme C12 and C15 budget phones are scheduled to launch in India on August 18.

In terms of specs, Realme C12 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a water drop notch on top. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G35 chipset. The triple camera setup on Realme C12 is a combination of a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel B&W lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Its camera features include nightscape, chroma boost, slo-mo video recording and full HD video recording. For selfies, there’s a 5-megapixel camera up front.

The highlight of this phone is its 6,000mAh battery with 10W charging speed. Realme C12 also supports reverse charging via a micro USB cable. There’s also a super power saving mode on the Realme C12. On the software front, Realme C12 runs Realme UI based on Android 10. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.

Realme C12 shares most of the specifications with the C15. The key differences are in the camera department and faster 18W charging speed. Realme C15 has a quad-camera setup with an additional 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens. Realme C15 also comes with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The smartphone has a starting price of IDR 1,999,000 ( 10,000 approx).
