Samsung Galaxy A12 India prices leak ahead of launch

Samsung seems all set to launch its new smartphone, the Galaxy A12 in India. Based on the multiple leaks and rumors In the past few days, wealready know that the device might come in two variants in the country, based on different storage options. However, this time we also have some idea about the prices of these two models.

As reported by 91mobiles, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A12 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage will cost ₹12,999. The second variant that comes with 4GB RAM with 128GB storage will cost ₹1,000 more, which is ₹13,999.

It is worth mentioning that Samsung has already launched the Galaxy A12 in other markets with two additional variants. While one comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage, the other one features 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. However, Samsung seems to have reserved these two models for other countries and not for India.

It has been speculated that the galaxy A12 will launch in blue, black and white colour options in India. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a notch on top. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 processor. There's a quad-camera setup at the rear of the phone featuring a 5-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, Galaxy A12 sports an 8-megapixel front camera.

The smartphone also packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. Galaxy A12 comes with support for 4G, and it houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
