Samsung’s next Galaxy A-series smartphone could be the Galaxy A72. This smartphone has been spotted on leaks and reports quite frequently now. The latest leak suggests Galaxy A72 will feature a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera.

Galaxy A72 was previously rumoured to feature a penta-camera setup, making it a first for a Samsung phone. But it looks like that rumour isn’t true, and the Galaxy A72 will have four rear cameras, according to a report by Galaxy Club. Accompanying the 64-megapixel primary sensor will be a 12-megapixel wide angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.

The report added that the Galaxy A72 will be offered in 4G and 5G variants. The smartphone’s leaked renders show a punch-hole camera, and a glass back and an aluminum frame. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille at the bottom. Galaxy A72 is also expected to feature a 6.7-inch flat display.
