Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition revealed in a new leaked render
Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will be a cheaper alternative to the premium Galaxy S20 and Note phones. Here is what you need to know about the special edition of S20.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition has leaked, again. Leakster Evan Blass has shared a new render of the upcoming special edition of the phone. The render gives a much better look at the phone and reveals some key changes as well.
According to the latest render, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will sport a rectangular camera module on the top left corner. The module will house as many as three large camera sensors and a flash. The module appears to be less protruding than the one on Samsung's new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has metallic side edges. The rear panel appears to be a plastic panel. On the front, you have a flat display with a punch-hole camera at the top centre. Overall look and feel of the phone seem to be same as the S20 phones.
The latest leak comes days after the phone was spotted on NFC certification website. An older Geekbench listing revealed Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will sport Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. There will be an Exynos 990 variant that will come with 8GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is likely to be available in more variants.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is set to be a cheaper alternative to the premium Galaxy phones. According to reports, it will be priced around ₹56,700. It will be first available in South Korea. Apart from high-end specs and stripped-down design, Galaxy S20 FE will come in trendier colour options such as pink, red, green, and gold.
Other expected features of the phone include 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
