Tecno Spark 7 goes on sale in India

Tecno's latest smartphone is now available in India. Tecno Spark 7 launched India last week, and it can now be purchased on Amazon India. Tecno Spark 7 comes with dual rear cameras, an HD+ display and a 6,000mAh battery.

Tecno Spark 7 starts at ₹7,499 for the base model with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It also comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and this variant is priced at ₹8,499. Techno Spark 7 comes in three colour options of Magnet Black, Morpheus Blue, and Spruce Green. The smartphone has a textured panel design, and a notched display.

Tecno Spark 7 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood of the phone runs a quad-core MediaTek Helio A20 processor on the 2GB model. The 3GB variant also has the same processor but with eight cores. There's also a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB.

In the photography department, Tecno Spark 7 features a dual rear camera setup featuring a 16-megapixel primary sensor, and an AI lens. It sports an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens and dual LED flash.

The smartphone is fueled by a 6,000mAh battery that is claimed to last for up to 40 days on standby mode. Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, micro-USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the software front, Tecno Spark 7 runs on Android 11 with HiOS 7.5 layered on top. The 2GB model runs Android 11 Go edition.
