Tecno Spark Go 2021 has been launched in the country on Thursday. This is the latest Android Go phone that has been designed for the Indian market. The budget smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor is available in three colours. The front of the device also has a waterdrop notch for the camera, while the company has added a dual rear camera setup on the Tecno Spark Go 2021. The company has launched the device as the successor to the Tecno Spark Go 2020 smartphone that was launched last year.

Tecno Spark Go 2021 price in India and how to buy

Tecno Spark Go 2021 is priced at ₹7,299 according to the company, and will be available in a single RAM and storage variant - 2GB/32GB. Customers will be able to choose among three colours - Horizon Orange, Galaxy Blue and Maldives Blue. Interestingly, the company says that when the Tecno Spark Go 2021 goes on sale on Amazon on July 7 at 12 PM, it will sell the device at an introductory price of ₹6,699. However, this offer will only be available until stocks last, after which the phone will be priced at ₹7,299.

Tecno Spark Go 2021 is powered by a 5000mAh battery and the MediaTek Helio A20 chipset and it runs on Android 10 (Go edition) which is designed for low-powered budget devices in this price category. It has support for Android Go optimised applications and comes in a single 2GB/32GB RAM and storage variant. However, the company says that the device's storage can be expanded to 256 GB using a microSD card. The Tecno Spark Go 2021 is a Wi-Fi and 4G capable device, and comes with support for Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity. On the display side, the device comes with a 6.52” HD+ display that can go up to 480 nits. The 20:9 screen is HD+ which indicates the maximum resolution is 720p.

The rear camera setup on the Tecno Spark Go 2021 includes a 13 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and support for 4x zoom. The back side of the phone also sports a capacitive fingerprint scanner. The company is also touting the camera software that comes with 18 auto scene detection modes such as HDR, night portrait, backlight portrait, as well as an AI-powered background bokeh effect. Meanwhile, the front-facing selfie shooter uses an 8 MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 and a front-facing micro-slit flash for low light selfies. The front-facing camera also comes with an AI portrait mode and a wide selfie more for group photos as well as a software-based face unlock feature.
