In the midst of all the launches, Xiaomi has just completed its eighth anniversary. Xiaomi, which is currently one of the leading smartphone brands in the country, has been around since 2014 and has diverged into multiple product categories over the years. Over the years, Xiaomi stressed on its Redmi sub-brand to capture the affordable segment of the smartphone market, and eventually stepped into the premium smartphone space in 2020 with the dedicated Mi brand, which is now known simply as Xiaomi.
