Xiaomi launches Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 smartphones
The company's new Redmi Note 10 series brings serious upgrades across the board, most notably 120Hz AMOLED displays, upgraded cameras up to 108 megapixels, and powerful new Snapdragon chipsets.
Xiaomi, the company known for packing in excellent specs at affordable prices finally took the wraps off its new Redmi Note 10 series brings serious upgrades to the list of specifications on its older Redmi Note 9 series - these are the first Note series devices to feature Super AMOLED displays coupled with high refresh rates.
Other notable features on all three of Xiaomi's Redmi Note 10 series devices this year is IP rating and the inclusion of a fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone instead of in the screen. All three phones come with MIUI 12 based on Android 11 out of the box and Xiaomi says it is working on updating them to the latest MIUI 12.5 in the coming months.

The company's new Redmi Note 10 Pro Max will be available in a 6GB/64GB base model priced at ₹18,999, while a 6GB/128GB variant will retail for ₹19,999. Meanwhile the 8GB/128GB Redmi Note 10 Pro Max will cost ₹21,999. It comes in three colour variants - Vintage Bronze, Glacier Blue and Dark Night.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro will come in a 6GB/64GB base model that is priced at ₹15,999 while the 6GB/128GB variant will cost ₹16,999. The Redmi Note 10 Pro will also come in a 8GB/128GB variant and cost ₹18,999. The device comes in the same colour variants as the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.
Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 10 starts at ₹11,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant with a 6GB/128GB variant priced at ₹13,999. It will be available in three colour variants - Aqua Green, Frost White and Shadow Black.

Packing the most impressive specs of the three Note 10 phones launching today is the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, which features a 6.67 inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it sports the Snapdragon 732G processor with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 built-in storage.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro Max has a quad camera setup, with a 108 MP Samsung ISOCELL HM2 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra wide angle lens, a 5MP ‘Super Macro' sensor with 2x telephoto zoom and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. On the front is a 16MP 2.96-mm punch hole camera for selfies. Xiaomi has also included software improvements to the camera such as the Night Mode 2.0, Magic Clone mode for images and video, long exposure mode, and Pro mode for video.

The device comes with a 5020 mAh battery and support for 33W fast charging via an adapter that comes in the box. Xiaomi says the phone will charge from zero to 60 percent in half an hour. The device ships with Android 11 and MIUI 12 out of the box.
Redmi Note 10 Pro specifications
The Redmi Note 10 Pro has the same Super AMOLED screen as the Redmi Note 11 Pro Max and runs on the same Snapdragon 732 G processor, with the same 5,020 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The only difference is on the camera front, where Xiaomi has fitted the device with a 64-megapixel primary sensor.

On the Redmi Note 10, Xiaomi has a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display at 60Hz refresh rate, with Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 678 processor under the hood - the first device to ship with the chipset in the country. The device comes with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The smartphone offers a 5000 mAh battery along with the same 33W fast charging support as its bigger siblings. It comes with a quad camera setup with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX 582 primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor.
