Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G tipped to launch in India soon

Xiaomi has just launched Redmi 9 in India and is already expected to launch Redmi 9A. But that won't be it. The firm could also launch its Redmi K30 5G in the country soon. Although the handset has already received BIS certifications, it now can see the light of the day within this year if not early next year. As mentioned by tipster Ishan Agarwal (via Pricebaba), the handset could arrive in two colours - Frost White and Mist Purple. Also, three RAM + storage storage variants might come to India - 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The fourth variant with 8GB + 256GB may not launch in India.

Redmi K30 5G features a 6.67-inch dual-hole full-screen TUV Rheinland screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 2400 x 1080 FHD+ resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Running Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G 5G processor, the smartphone will also have Adreno 620 GPU and the aforementioned RAM and storage.

At the back you get a 64-megapixel primary camera with f/1.89 aperture and 79.8-degree field of view + 8-megapixel super wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture with 120-degree FoV + 5-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture + 2-megapixel depth lens with f/2.4 aperture. The camera also gets 10x digital zoom in addition to Super Night View 2.0, Movie Mode and AI beauty among others. At the front, there is a 20-megapixel sensor with 2-megapixel portrait lens.

Backing the entire handset is a 4500mAh battery with 30W fast charging tech.
