Under the hood, the OnePlus 13s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. This combination ensures smooth multitasking and efficient performance for demanding applications. The device is equipped with a 6,260mAh silicon-carbon battery, supporting 80W fast charging, allowing for quick power-ups and extended usage.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the dual 50MP rear camera setup, which includes a primary sensor and a telephoto lens, enabling high-quality imaging and 2x optical zoom capabilities. For selfies and video calls, the OnePlus 13s features a 16MP front camera.

A notable design change is the introduction of the 'Plus Key,' a customizable button that replaces the traditional alert slider.
