Chandrayaan-4 mission will have all eyes on it on its launch as NASA and ESA too are collaborating to conduct effective studies about the theories of lunar water. It is a big leap for the Indian space agency as they have become a part of the greater project with their knowledge and expertise after the Chandraaan-3 mission.

According to JAXA, NASA and ESA will be sending one scientific instrument each. NASA will be sending their Neuron Spectrometer(NS) and ESA will be sending their Exospheric Mass Spectrometer for LUPEX(EMS-L). JAXA and ISRO are also developing major payloads to conduct smooth studies.

This mission is crucial for several reasons and it will enable scientists to know more about lunar water resources. If the mission is successful, then global space agencies can conduct space exploration missions for farther planets and look for habitability on the Moon.
