Chandrayaan-4 mission will have all eyes on it on its launch as NASA and ESA too are collaborating to conduct effective studies about the theories of lunar water. According to JAXA, NASA and ESA will be sending one scientific instrument each. NASA will be sending their Neuron Spectrometer(NS) and ESA will be sending their Exospheric Mass Spectrometer for LUPEX(EMS-L). JAXA and ISRO are also developing major payloads to conduct smooth studies. (jaxa)
