According to JAXA, NASA and ESA will be sending one scientific instrument each. NASA will be sending their Neuron Spectrometer(NS) and ESA will be sending their Exospheric Mass Spectrometer for LUPEX(EMS-L). JAXA and ISRO are also developing major payloads to conduct smooth studies.
