'Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs' issues Halloween teaser trailer
Games from the Silent Hill and Resident Evil series make great seasonal gaming picks for Halloween, with terrifying PC game Amnesia: The Dark Descent joining them in recent years. Games from the Silent Hill and Resident Evil series make great seasonal gaming picks for Halloween, with terrifying PC game Amnesia: The Dark Descent joining them in recent years. So it's appropriate that Amnesia's spine-chilling sequel receives a teaser video to make sure we're all feeling suitably scared on All Hallow's Eve.
Where Amnesia dumped players in a supposedly abandoned castle, its sequel stars a hideously well-off industrialist who has just spent months in seemingly comatose recovery after returning from Mexico, and it looks like his past has come back to haunt him -- or at least put him off bacon for life.
Though at one point A Machine for Pigs had been anticipated in the wild by this time, it's now being tracked for January 2013, making Halloween updates to Angry Birds Seasons, Uncharted 3, Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition and Team Fortress 2 the seasonal alternatives.
