Users started complaining that tapping or long pressing on a weblink in either Safari, Mail, Messages, Notes and Chrome made these apps unresponsive. This new version of iOS 9.1.3 update fixes the issue, though the exact cause of the problem is till unknown. According to Apple dedicated blog MacRumours, it could be related to Universal Links which allows apps and websites to share login credentials.
