Apple has done something that they have never done before-they outed a completely unreleased product-Apple iCloud. What is shocking is that they pre-announced the agenda for Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) which will take place next week.
So what is iCloud after all? Apple only states that it's their "upcoming cloud services offering," Techcrunch reported. Here are the possibilities:
Could the datacenter house iCloud?
Apple had earlier spoken about the possibilitity of a mega datacenter. Apple also invested a whopping $1 billion into it. It is believed to house iCloud.
iTunes mirrored in iCloud?
As of now Apple supposedly has some major music labels signed up with them for a service which will let Apple stream music from their servers to users' computers, iPhones, iPods and iPads. These songs will be mirrored in iCloud — which means you would need no uploading.
Now that Apple plans to launch iCloud in the next WWDC, it seems highly unlikely that it will be ready to go.

If reports are to be belived then iCloud might replace MobileMe. What is MobileMe? It is storage space in the cloud (on Apple's servers) and a syncing service.
