It has become almost customary for Apple's online store to go down right before it announces new hardware and software products. We have seen it happening every time since the past few years and this time it's no surprise either. The Apple Store is currently down across the world as the company's much-hyped ‘Spring Loaded' event is about to begin in just a few hours. The virtual event will kick-off at 10.30PM IST and can be viewed on YouTube and the company's own website.

The Apple online store webpage, like before, just mentions “Be Right Back.” and “We're making updates to the Apple Store. Check back soon.” along with the animated Apple logo. Once the online store goes back up, which is right after the event, you can see the pages for new hardware and software.

The rumour bill has been busy though with Apple expected to launch a new iPad Pro, new AirPods, Apple TV and a redesigned iMac as well. We could also finally see the long-rumoured Bluetooth tracker ‘AirTags' at this event.

The new iPad Pro will definitely be one to lookout for as it is expected to feature a mini-LED display. Apple has been rumoured to launch the first mini-LED iPads and Macs this year. The new iPad Pro is also expected to come with 5GmmWave support, and run on a new Apple chip, which is rumoured to be as powerful as the Apple M1 silicon.

The redesigned iMac will also be powered by Apple's M1 chip, according to rumours. We may also see a 24-inch iMac, and a colourful lineup for the new model.

Another highlight of the event, if launched, would be the AirTag, Apple's first Bluetooth tracker. Similar to how other trackers work, the AirTag will be used to find lost items. It is expected to work with Apple's Find My App and could also be used to track third-party devices.
