Due to launch on April 24 and created by WayForward, 'Watch Quest: Heroes of Time' promises a new kind of game experience that uses both an iPhone and Apple Watch.

In what the company describes as a gaming first, players will use their iPhones to create and equip a character who will then take a battle, puzzle, and treasure-hunting laden journey via the smartwatch's screen.

The game will be free to play with a single training quest and will use in-app purchases to offer additional characters and challenges.
