Can I create my own Net radio station?

P2P-Radio is a program that can distribute audio and video streams on the Internet in a peer-to-peer manner. As a broadcaster you don't need a lot of bandwidth, because most listeners send the MP3 stream to other listeners. Therefore, it is possible to create your own Internet radio station with P2P-Radio. Get it from http://p2p-radio.sourceforge.net. But only listeners connected to the Internet with devices such as computers, laptops, PDAs with attached speakers can listen to it. Broadcasting to airwaves is regulated in each country by its own laws and licenses. A better option is to try to negotiate independent deals with individual radio channels and programme creators to broadcast the Internet-based audio streams to their allotted airwaves. Existing radio channels can use P2P-Radio to further extend their reach via the Internet.
