Create an Oscar-winner
The Artistifier is an entertaining website that makes any YouTube video look like it's a scene from The Artist, the black and white silent film that bagged five Oscars earlier this week, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor. Pankti Mehta writes.
You've laughed over and over, hitting the repeat button on the wildly popular 'Charlie bit my finger' YouTube video, danced in your seat while you watched the CST Flashmob, or perhaps ooh-ed and aah-ed at The Avengers promo that went viral online this week. Want to send these films straight to the Oscars? Now you can.
The Artistifier is an entertaining website that makes any YouTube video look like it's a scene from The Artist, the black and white silent film that bagged five Oscars earlier this week, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor. Make your videos look as poignant and stirring as by simply pasting the YouTube URL into a box and watch as even clips from trashy reality shows become artsy in black and white, with a slight change in pace and stirring music replacing the video's own sound.
You can add a title, director's credit and captions to insert into the video, too. The website also has a bank of popular videos 'Artistified' to watch, 'directed' by various users of the website, with funny caption slides.
There, now you know how to make that video of you dancing at your cousin's wedding less embarrassing.
