Excitel announces new broadband plans: Check out all the details
Excitel says that the new tariff rates have been categorised as 1-month, 3-month, 4-month, 6-month, 9-month, 12-month with validity ranging from 30 days to 365 days and that they are effective from December 1, 2020.


Excitel today announced the revamped data plans for its broadband users. All these revised plans for the company's Fiber to the home (FTTH) broadband users. The new tariff plans start at ₹399 for 100Mbps and go all the way up to ₹899 for 300Mbps for a month.
Excitel says that the new tariff rates have been categorised as 1-month, 3-month, 4-month, 6-month, 9-month, 12-month with validity ranging from 30 days to 365 days and that they are effective from December 1, 2020.
As far as the specific tariff plans are concerned, one-month plans 100Mbps plan costs ₹699, while the 200Mbps and 300Mbps plans cost ₹799 and ₹899. Similarly, three-month plans for 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps cost ₹565, ₹638 and ₹752 respectively. The four-month plans for 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps cost ₹508, ₹572 and ₹636 respectively.
As far as the longer plans are concerned, the six-month plans for 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps cost ₹490, ₹545 and ₹600 respectively. The nine-month plans for 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps cost, on the other hand, cost ₹424, ₹471 and ₹533. Lastly, the twelve-month plans for 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps cost ₹399, ₹449 and ₹499 respectively.
Excitel also announced that as a part of its revamped fiber plans, it is offering the ability to double the speed at an additional cost of ₹50. The plans start with INR 399 for 100Mbps and vary until 899 for 300Mbps per month across 17 cities in the country.
