The Toshiba Excite 13 is a massive tablet that sports more screen real estate than any other tablet in the market. Its 13.3" AutoBrite LED Backlit display (1600x900) sports 10-finger touch support and is made for photo and movie viewing. Other features include a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of memory, a four-speaker sound system and up to 13 hours of battery life. The 16GB Excite 13 is priced from $649.99 and will be available from the beginning of June.

A smartphone with HD Voice and a large 4.7" display

The HTC EVO 4G LTE (as opposed to the HTC EVO 4G which was launched in 2010) sports a large display, advanced camera features and high quality voice technology. Aside from being the first US device to offer HD Voice, the HTC EVO 4G LTE features a 4.7" HD display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Beats Audio, an 8MP camera with simultaneous video and still photo capture plus an auto-adjusting flash and an anodized black frame with a distinctive red multiposition kickstand. The HTC EVO 4G LTE will be launched in the second quarter of 2012 for a price of $199.99 on a two-year contract. Presales start on May 7.

An ultra compact interchangeable lens system camera

Panasonic's Lumix GF5 is an interchangeable lens system camera for amateur photographers that is packed in an ultra lightweight and portable body with a built-in flash and a rubberized grip. The camera closely resembles its GF3 predecessor but sports an improved LCD, new filters and higher quality video. Other features include a 12.1MP Live MOS sensor, 12800 high ISO sensitivity and a noise reduction system for low light shooting. The Lumix GF5 will go on sale later this year for a starting price of $599 with a 14-42mm standard zoom lens.

Sony's new VAIO E Series 14P laptop is no featherweight portable, however, it is available in fun new colors and comes with cool gesture controls. The 14" E Series 14P features a wrap-around design, a backlit keyboard and a large multi-gesture touchpad. It weighs in at a heavy (compared to the growing range of available ultrabooks) 2.3kg and has a 500GB hard drive, 4GB of memory, an Intel Core i3 processor and a 1.31 MP webcam. Pricing has not been announced but the laptop should be available in Europe in spring.
