Google is reportedly working on its " buy now" button to compete with Amazon wherein the users would be able to shop online and purchase products with a single click right through Google's own search result page .

The sales would continue to be made through third-party sites. Google plans to compete with Amazon by making its own Amazon Prime-like plan with selected retailers that would offer free two-day shipping for an annual fee, reported the Verge.
There is no confirmation on the plan to be moving ahead but the plan is apparently logical.
Data shows that 39% of online shoppers in the United States started their research on Amazon while only 11% started on Google.
